haha I don't really know but violin and cello sound pretty good together in my opinion haha. I also think clarinet and trombones sound pretty good together too. Also violin and viola together is pretty sweet too. Hhaha I don't really know I am just pairing up random ones together that I think would sound good together

I think a lot of people would be surprised when I say flute & trombone.
I played flute for jazz band, so I had to learn their music.
Flute and almost any low brass sounds good, actually.
But trombone being my preference, seeing as I play it too.

because of the kind of personalities i'd associate with the instruments, i'd say flute girl and cello guy would be really cute! :)

Hmmmm, violinists and cellists do really well. But here's a little tip... violinists don't do so well together, too much competition and drama.

I think Cellists and Violinists tend to workk well. But i am a cellist and my girlfriend is a clarinetist, our personalities are a lot different, and sometimes clash, but it works out ok.

I'm a tubist and I dated an oboist last year... it ended up not working out, but we're still good friends (actually, I'm friends with a lot of oboe players lol). Right now I'm not dating in the band, and it's working well... however, horn sounds really cool with tuba. And so does bassoon.
