Suzanne should NOT have been arrested!!

As of 3:15 CST Marion Arkansas Police detectives came to Suzanne and Calvins house to interview Calvin and wife Suzanne regarding their eldest daughter Amie.
After refusing to give a statement or answer any questions the detectives and told Calvin that it was fine and I didn't have to tell him anything. As they questioned Suzanne, She did not give out any info or answer any questions. The detectives then called for a transport car. I then asked what the problem was and they said that Calvins wife, suzanne was under arrest for battery.
What proof or evidence do they have? Where's the investigation?

Calvins Words:
"no warrants no legal or documentation of any kind was shown to my wife nor were any words said. The police detectives came and took my wife out of my home without any clues as to whats happening. I am OUTRAGED !!!! I hope someone out there can give me some good avice as to help fight this legally and what I can do to keep this from going any further. Anyways thanks all for your prayers and support and I hope to have more news for you ASAP."

As I said before when I questioned as to the charges were I was told to Shut The F*** Up in that exact same way by the arresting officer. We are innocent until proven guilty. That officer should be disciplined severely.
And what a waste of the State's money and time. I can't imagine hw much suffering your family is going through, and taxpayers are financing it all- except the lawyers for the innocent. :o( :o( :o(

Alison, actually you are misinformed. This is not a waste of money, this is HOW they get their money. They get paid via Federal and Non Profit funding to do exactly what they are doing. The Attorneys and Judges back them up as they too get paid to find the allegations valid even without investigation, proof, testimony or evidence. As for the taxpayers financing it, taxpayers are even paying for the lawyers for the innocent - to prove them guilty. This is the biggest money scam of the Nation. Organized Crime. Suzanne shouldnt be locked up while they investigate shes not a flipping murderer or dangerous to the society!! They couldve told her not to leave town while they investigate, yeah, but not this. FREE SUZANNE MCHENRY!!

You need to get a good lawyer soon if you haven't done so. You also need to set up some kind legal defense fund and advertise it so that folks can donate.
