The delivery sucks big time... not the delivery guys... but those taking orders on the phone... they asked me if it's raining and when i answered i don't know, they tell me to go outside and check the weather! not once... but almost every time! If u refuse to check, they'd say they can't guarantee when the burgers will be delivered... right, blame the customers for late deliveries!

Hahaha....
I've been in that situation before.
Not as a customer but as a delivery guy.
Me and my x-colleague will be soaking wet in the rain.
Just to deliver the order.
But,it is worthy because the tips will be double just like the rain.

Well, I once ordered nuggets and they forgot to include the BBQ sauce. I was not happy. The fries inevitably end up being delivered in a soggy state. Other than that, the fact that they can deliver 24 hours (right?) is good. Hope they can continuously improve. McDonalds is good.

Ummmm... what's with the bad english in the question?
Oh, and even though I live down the road from a McDonalds, the deliveries still take over 1/2hr to get to me... Sometimes I think I should just drag myself out to buy it myself.
Oh, and when is McDonalds in Malaysia going to introduce healthier meals (like salads and sandwiches).
That is all.

Twice i had the same bad experience. We expect that when a sundae reaches us it shud be still in a sundae form not vanilla sauce...and fries and burger was cold...

The only thing I can't stand about McDonald's Malaysia is how they always give you 1000 satchets of chili and no tomato unless you ask for it. Same with the nuggets sauce (barbecue or Sweet and sour) - you have to ask or all you get is chilli, chilli and more chilli (and McD's chilli is very very hot).
Otherwise, I love McDonalds food immensely. Few things are as satisfying as a Big Mac overflowing out the back when you take a huge bite in (other than perhaps a Ramly Burger Special). Still the best Sundaes among all the fast food restaurants. Don't care much for Burger King other than for the Mushroom stuff, although Wendy's is really nice too. It's not easy to compare, though - the burgers taste different, and are not identical. Do I LOVE McDonald's? Hell, yeah. Is it the best? No idea.

I think the services is OK. But for me I would like to have some Vege Burgers.. I still remember the Maharani Burger... which is awesome!!!
I hope McD can bring those back in Malaysia... This will help to serve Vegetarian Community.

i really hate the service at mcdonald!!!
If there is a problem with the coke machine, they should be responsible by changing other drinks... but instead they ask me to order another drink which will be charges...
i will never go back to MC Donald again!!!

Well i think the quality and menu at McDonald's needs to improve. Whats with the quarter pounder's meat sticking out of the bun? Bun should be the same size as the meat, baru okay for the price that we are paying. For the past 20 years we've all been eathing the same thing, whats new?? Foldover, Quarter Pounder, Prosperity Burger, Big and Tasty(not that tasty actually), Samurai Burger, Chicken McDeluxe?? Boring wei, give me more varieties la............. And yeah, McDelivery sucks for their timing, burgers and fries come cold and drinks come diluted and not cold. Dont get me wrong by all my blabber, i love mickey d's.
Anyway, we complaint also we don't know if McDonald's will take things into consideration or not.
Happy postings everyone.

come on. i got even worse experience.
my fren and i ordered 1 set of ayam goreng mcD, 1 set of BignTasty, 1 set of BigMac, one strawberry sundae and 1 ayam goreng mcd alacarte.
the operator had her repeating the order over and over. is it really dat bad to understand an order?
anyway, when the items are finaly here, we'd to call back. everything is in place inclusive of my coke and my fries, except for my bigmac.

McD has changed their standard reply from the above to "Appreciate if you could drop us your contact details at mcdfans@mymcd.com.my so that our customer service personnel can contact you regarding this." This is what Gray Ham and I had, for bad delivery complaint made by us recently.
Trying to crack my head to say something good and nice about McD's services. OK, I luv their Apple Pie. Never stopped having one when visiting their restaurant.

wrong orders, ya, ya.... but 'snail' deliveries... it's 101%
scroll back up... see?? a lot of ppl agreed u are S......L......O......W.... ..!!!
How do we define the word slow???
My definition: deliveries reached exceeds 45mins is slow to me. And yes, the call centre staff that take our oreders usually have this famous tagline: We can't gurantee you the delivery time... but it's gonna take more than an hour coz we got plenty of orders...
What i know is when we call 1300-13-1300, and ask for our address, then when they have confirmed all our orders & details, they will then despatch our orders to the McD outlet nearest to us... not even thru phone.... it's thru a system called 'posting'... or something similar to that. Then the respective branch will then process our orders, and carry out the act of processing our orders. And if our orders was taken by them, means our area is covered... so it shudn't be that long.... if our area is very deep inside like 'The Lost World 'in Jurrasic Park, then they wouldn't take our orders coz they'll say that area is not covered. So bottom line is, as long as our orders was taken, there shudn't be any excuses for 'snail' deliveries!

about today 1 pm(lunch hour) we call Mc delivery. In the begining is just only me and 1 colleague order delivery. Then after we place order another colleague of my add order. So we add order and is actually can make it(tell the truth I was trust their service is good). Delivery come and I din check the qty so i pay for it(because that delivery boy quite rushing). 5 min later, we just notice we miss 1 set order. so a call and request to them fast delivery(we are running short time for lunch). Then the service get worse. I call and call but still they promise will came about half an hour. but it's already half an hour they still din show out. And then I call again and complaint 3times and still no respond( it's already 2 hours the missing set). And I get really annoying. In the end, they missing set still din arrive!!! Very terrible.
