Question...
Anyone dare post this in your Facebook Profile's Post Items/Notes?
http://www.malaysia-today. net/2008/content/view/6604 /84/
Will they also take us in for linking to that post?

Naw, the article's still there. It's funny. They arrest the author for writing it but didnt bother to tell the author to delete the article. Silly, no? Because since his arrest, the blog and that article has been more popular than ever with everyone linking to it.

The plaintiff can ask the defendant to delete it all they want but he needn't oblige. The Court can order him to do so, but ONLY AFTER he has been found guilty. To disobey the Court would be contempt of Court. But you can show contempt to the plaintiff as much as you like... Hahaha!

The thing is the stupid charge of sedition is a criminal one which says you cant show contempt for the plaintiff in this case.

If it's seditious... then just wondering...Wondering why the said article is still online? Usually other seditious publications, articles already banned lah.

No, apparently its not even a civil suit, what more a suit of defamation. So technically the plaintiff is the government itself not whoever was mentioned. The government arms, judiciary is a tool to the government anyway so to speak.
