I think not. He must be at least better looking than Takeshi or at least, on par. My own impression is that Zhao Yun should be younger and really cute. Not Edison though. Maybe Daniel Wu.

Zhao Yun was supposed to the older, in fact. Maybe 30plus.

Hmm.. but I think they could have gotten a leaner guy for Zhao. Hu Jun (the China actor) looks a bit too bulky for me.

Hmm, I think the actor (Hu Jun, if Im not mistaken) is quite good, he is quite strong & have good martial art ability. At least he is better than Andy Lau in Three Kingdoms (maybe because the story in Three Kingdoms is quite dissapointing)

Actually he is the same person that played Xiang Yu in the Story of The Han Dynasty TV series. So from the martial art & bravery side I think he is suitable enough to play as Zhao Yun.

However the dissapointing part for me is in the movie Red Cliff 2, I got the impression that Zhao Yun is more closer to Zhou Yu than Liu Bei, and he is quite dissapointed when Liu Bei withdraw his troops from the alliance, so I got the impression that Zhao Yun in Red Cliff II have more respect & admiration to Zhou Yu rather than to Liu Bei.

But overall he is quite suitable playing as Zhao Yun.

@ZL: I dont really agree that Zhao Yun should be really cute Bro, hehe. But maybe Donnie Yen will be the perfect Zhao Yun? hehe
