I'll say "I lost" when I first think of it, and then, if I see someone else I know is playing, ask them "Did you just lose?"

Other funny ways I've seen/participated in including sending someone a flower on Valentine's Day (anonymously) with a card reading "I lost", putting small pieces of paper in people's pockets when they're not looking, saying "I lost" or "the game."


Incidentally, it is also quite hilarious because our school song includes the line "Carey's true heirs will through life play the game" and for a while last year, when it was sung at assembly, after that line you could hear people saying "I lost"

The game is more than a game. It is a way of life.

We also play the rules that its 10 minutes before you can lose again (which means people check the clock, and think about the time, and then lose because that makes them think of the game).

We also play that if someone doesn't know about the game, you have to ask them if they want to know, then if they're sure they want to know, then if they're certain they want to know, and if they persist in asking then you can tell them. Not sure why. Makes people more curious, perhaps.

I don't usually say that I lost. I tell other people that they lost. People seem to get more worked up about it.

I usually just say "I lost..." then I'll start looking around for my friend Kyle...then I'll tell him there's something that he'll never lose, and that's when I start humming Outkast's "And the Whole World Loves it when you shake that thang!" Which makes him forever remember that song...right Kyle?

Other than that, there's always the classic getting up, doing the "cabbage-patch" while saying "I lost, I lost, I-just-lost-the-game!"

Because I noticed thinking about or seeing or hearing the name Rob Schneider made me feel like i'd lost. So then I got in this awful situation of losing everytime I thought of Rob Schneider and thinking of Rob Schneider everytime I lost.

Believe me, it's been very hard for me.

I genuinely hope that no-one who reads this starts losing when they see Rob Schneider or...heaven forbid...thinking of Rob Schneider when they lose but hey, just answering the question.

I normally break down into tears and just weep about it for a few hours. Then, when that's passed, I take a paintbrush and I write "I lose the game" backwards on my on forehead and stare at it in a mirror for a while to make that sense of deep personal loss just that little bit deeper and more profound. Then I get in my car, with my megaphone, and roll around the city a bit alternately shouting "I am plagued!" and defacating in civil water features, to help passers-by expirience the discomfort of losing the game. Then I get my airhorns out and walk into some crowded place, such as a bank or mortuary, and just let it rip. Then I maybe have some hot chocolate or something and by then I generally feel a bit better.
