Has anyone had hip tightening surgery? If yes what type and where were your symptoms ? I have been having hip pain for a couple yrs and am 26 yrs old, my pain is all over sometimes in the groin, outside and top of hip bone? Any suggestions....

Already did pt, cortisone shot, MRI was inconclusive too!!!!
