I say not if I have any say in it. The only problem is is that she (for some screwed up reason) has a huge fan base. Which mean putting her i the movie will give Summit a lot more money. But I mean think about it she isn't the greatest actress to start out with, now she intents on playing an angsty bitch? She won't... no can't pull it off. Have you seen HSM she can barly pull off quiet nice girl. I think this will be the next Twilight position. You guys agree?

I really liked the fact that Summit picked not well known actors for Twilight. I really wish they would stay with that. It would give more unknown actors a chance to prove themselves.

Yeahh its like she would just make it cheesy..Leah is meant to be this kind of rough girl who's a bit annoying and stuff...Vanessa just couldn't play that part..her only experience is HSM & thats aimed at like 5 year olds :/ & also her american accent would actually ruin the movie...like the actors are meant to be american but not so cheesy and just EURGH! :(

I agree with what all you guys are saying, but Ashley Greene (who plays Alice if you;ve been paying no attention) said when she heard Vanessa was going for the part and I quote "Wow!! Really Vanessa? Does she even have to audition?" Then she went into a fit of giggles. It seems the cast really likes the idea. Now whos to say that money isn't on thee miind? Because as I said earlier they may lose some of their Twilight fan base but they will be gaining all of Hsm's. It would absolutely suck, but how can we prevent it.
