    We want hear why YOU think a book makes a great gift for any holiday.

    Mine is: Books are great gifts for Christmas because...they don't set off airport metal detectors.

    Any other ideas?

    Books are great gifts because if you get hungry enough, you can eat one. Or get a recipe from one, I guess. You can't eat an iPod.
