thinking of adding on few new specialty rolls onto the menu. anybody has any ideas or cool rolls that they have had at other places and would like to share here?
if anyone can give me good ideas, i might just let that person name the roll and get it printed in my menu.

We went to a restaurant named Matsu in Huntington Beach when we lived there. They made a roll where the outside was super thin cucumber rolled around tuna, fresh crab, maybe sprouts and avacado. Here is a link to a photo of it:

Served with ponzu sauce with the radish and green onions in the ponzu-I think Matthew made ponzu that way for us once.

thank you for the link.
the other pictures look really good too.
cucumber idea is fun. we'll have to try something with it next time you come in.
it was really nice to see you in for lunch. hope the spicey rolls were spicy enough. :)

We also like the yellowtail bowl, photo in the above link.(hadn't tried it, but would like to next time we see you)
And yes, the spicy rolls were plenty hot-Aaron shared them with someone at work who was quite surprised when he came to the pepper :-)

for the record, the mango/bacon/crab/avocado test was a delicious success in my opinion! coco, connie and i were elbowing each other for the last piece!!
