    Lots of delicious Vietnamese food (which I can not have here and dream of eating everyday):

    1. Pho bo, pho ga (Bief, Chicken noodle)
    2. Oc da luoc, xao (boiled and fried with sources Fresh water snails)
    3. Oc bien xao kieu Hai Phong, Quang Ninh (various kinds of sea shellfish)
    4. Nem chua nuong, ran
    5. Nom bo kho
    6. Muc nuong
    ..................... I am too hungry to list more... be continued!

    I've been really into the bun thit nuong lately... so good especially with grilled shrimp and eggroll. OMG.

    Oooh! Yes, definitely Banh Khot! And Banh Tam Bi. Had to learn how to make all these Vietnamese foods since we moved to New Zealand. Not much VN food on the South Island.
