a. 1. A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $93,513 in the Airport Capital Improvement fund for operational expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009.
2. A public hearing to consider a resolution transferring $312,554 from the Debt Service fund to the Airport Capital Improvement fund for operational expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009.
b. A public hearing to consider a resolution appropriating $104,500 in the Debt Service fund for operational expenses and applying to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009.

2. A public hearing to consider a resolution amending Resolution 2000-15 regarding the allocation of Community Development Block Grant funds for Social Service Program funding for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
3. A public hearing to consider a resolution amending Resolution 2009-18 regarding the Community Development Block Grant Program for the 2009-2010 fiscal year.
4. A public hearing to consider a resolution approving the amended HOME Program funding allocation for the 2009-2010 fiscal year.
