Orbs are one of the most common phenomenons seen in the spirit world and usually 99% misidentified with airborne particles.
Ask a smoker to take a large drag off their cigarette and blow the smoke out in a room with no drafts. This will show you have far the human breath flows through the air.

Any type of movement can send particles flying in many directions to include dust, fine lent and hair. These are easily picked up on camera when highlighted.
A real orb however can usually be seen by the naked eye under the right circumstances because as the energy collects it begins to luminate or so the story goes, Kinda like fireflies on warm summer nights.
I have only seen 2 orbs in my adventures and not sure for a fact that is what I seen.
