The Town of Farragut announces the warning period for its Photo Enforcement Program (red light camera system) will end Monday, Nov. 16. Citations resulting in a $50 fine per offense will begin Tuesday, Nov. 17.

We have enough of these in Knoxville, prior to this "lucrative light" addition. This addition does not meet with any positive feelings on my part. We in Farragut live in an area that necessitates eastbound traffic (by our own choice, I admit), therefore it follows that this move guarantees revenue for the Town, by putting it at the intersection of Kingston Pike & Campbell Station.
