Travel Savvy Mom A beautiful, unspoilt part of Europe: Montenegro.

www.travelsavvymom.com
Although it is one of the “newest” countries in Europe, having declared independence from Serbia in 2006, Montenegro is rich with a long, colorful history and the influences of various cultures: the Ancient Romans, Venetians, Ottomans and Albanians have all left their mark here. ...

Travel Savvy Mom Road Trip! It's part of the holiday season. Check out Kayt Sukel's Road Trip playlist. And maybe add yours....

www.travelsavvymom.com
It's officially the holidays. And what does that mean to me? ROAD TRIP! Since I was a little girl, I have always associated Thanksgiving and Christmas not only with turkey, presents and holiday cheer - but also long car rides to Grandma's house.

Please note that if you want to get the true feel of the Chet playlist, you have to play each song 7-8x on repeat (or until your ears start to bleed) before moving on to the next one.

Travel Savvy Mom The things I do to my kids.

www.travelsavvymom.com
San Francisco offers many diversions. Many people choose the classics, such as riding a cable car or touring Angel Island. Others prefer to shop and eat their way through the city. Since we're locals, we like our San Francisco adventures slightly more offbeat.

Travel Savvy Mom An old tradition revives Kayt Sukel's holiday spirit. Enjoy a beautiful Christmas through her eyes.

On October 30, I went to buy a last-minute Halloween mask. The store's loudspeakers were already spouting It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas.

Travel Savvy Mom Balance? What's that?

matadorlife.com
So many things keep us occupied these days. Work. Family. Friends. Your own goals and projects, and let's not forget the ever elusive finding time to just relax and recharge. How does one strike a balance?

Travel Savvy Mom A beautiful corner of England, well worth the visit. And if you can't visit, watch this video of fountain fun!

www.travelsavvymom.com
If you ever find yourself in Stamford, Licolnshire - and I hope you do - you will be visiting England's most attractive town. That's according to the poet laureate, John Betjeman. I agree.

Travel Savvy Mom Ho, ho, ho! Fun Holiday Theater for Everyone!

www.travelsavvymom.com
I am a huge fan of musical theater. I blame my mother, since she practically raised me on Rogers and Hammerstein. I'm always vulnerable to catchy tunes, but particularly so at Christmastime.
