Tammy Fields Dear Trocaire I have wanted to go back to school for my RN degree. Its hard having my children and no help. My dilemma is Medaille college wont release my transcripts due to me owing a bill from a quick withdrawl due to illness. Is there any evening programs?

Dear Trocaire, Can anyone tell me the reasoning behind the "policy" of not releasing the final grades for classes completed prior to the end of the semester. Myself and my classmates find it unfair that we cannot have our grades for Maternal Child Nursing. I paid my tuition, I took the course, and I think I have the ri...ght to know. We were told that it was because the faculty/director felt that if people failed the course they might become discouraged and drop out of third semester completely. I understand this concern, but that is a choice that as adults we are free to make, it does not justify withholding grades.
