The house band for trombone poetry is The Blowpipes Trombone Trio, an imaginative and versatile ensemble that plays traditional music, classical pieces, and real jazz. The Blowpipes perform in jazz and folk clubs, theatres, concert halls and festivals.

Before the solo project, the original trombone poetry ventures happe...ned during Blowpipes performances, and two poems were recorded on the album, Zenoria: Paul Taylor’s Red Wine Ramble, and a setting to music of Guillaume Apollinaire’s Hôtels.
