True Life: I Have Broke Parents has many inconsistencies. It shows them driving a Chrysler 300, they have a iPhone, very nice expensive highlights in her hair, they are shown munching on a Domino's desert pizza, playing an Xbox system?
I AM a out of work auto worker (13 years at the Chesterfield plant). Times are very t...ough and when money started running thin I sold my F150 and now drive a used but dependable 1996 Saturn. I gave up my cell phone to avoid the monthly costs. My wife cuts my hair. We eat at home and make simple but cost effective meals (a lot of spaghetti but kids like it and it's a cheap meal). If we still had a baby we would not buy brand name wipes as you are shown doing. You could sell the XBox your playing on the show and buy diapers with the money.

Darren Stromson Ashley/Don/Robert (True Life, I have broke parents) I will donate $200 to your family if both of you take drug testing and it comes back clean. I've know them for a long time and wouldn't advise anyone donate money until they volunteer for drug testing. After the failed drug test they would have to admit they have prob...lems and go to rehab. This would help them more than anything else.

Ashely, (from True Life I have broke parents) seriously, think about this:
You're young and have a chance to turn this around, I know you've been raised in this drug infested environment of a home where drug use and lies are the standard, I've watched your dad ruin his life as well as those around him for the next score.... Hundreds of people have emailed me that wanted to help but are unwilling because you and your dad are refusing to take drug tests. Just as you've learned from your parents, your child will learn from you, break this chain of drug use and lies, rise above your upbringing. People are willing to help but only if you are willing to take the next step. I will personally pay for the drug testing and give you $500 if both your drug tests come back clean. People want to help, but they don't want to help drug habits.
