New organization we defined why they exist (purpose), where they are going (vision), and how they are going to behave along the way (values). We have all their 2010 goals defined, priorities set, and reponsibilities in motion. As for me... Now I want to go swim - after I take a nap that is! 3 organizations, 3 states - 4 days!
