two seconds away originally started out as a side project to our other band, Moving Rushmore, but has since become our main focus.

We both took the leap in June of ’08 to pursue music as a full time job because we found ourselves at that stage in life where we either needed to go for it, or choose a different career path. But “going for it” is somewhat ambiguous and after the first couple of weeks of work we realized that we needed something that would give us structure.

New Music Monday emerged as the solution. Basically it gives us something to work towards every week and for six months (maybe longer) we are going to offer a FREE song for download every week. Yep. FREE.
