University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry Welcome, DS class of 2013!
University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry Tomorrow we will be welcoming back those patients who were screened for free orthodontic care and cleaning last Friday. Thanks to all those involved!
University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry Hundreds of people lined up early this morning at the University of Detroit Mercy Dental Clinic for the opportunity to get free braces, dental cleanings, x-rays and evaluations.

The UDM School of Dentistry, Covenant Community Care Dental Center & Henry Ford School Based & Community Programs present a Free Braces Program
Exams start at 8:30 am & admit 80 patients each hour until 4:00 pm
Only 500 will be screened for free braces
You must bring a Medicaid card and/or child’s Social Security number
Re...quirements:
- Patient must be ages 9-16 years old
- Must be able to keep EVERY MONTHLY appointment
- Must return for June 26 cleaning appointment
- One parent or guardian only must come with child
- Severity of dental and jaw problem
- Medicaid eligibility
60 CASES WILL BE SELECTED based upon educational and severity need
