Has anyone ever had trouble with a learning team? I have my hands full with the one I am in now. I am the leader and I go and assign work, and yet they seem to go ahead and do all the work themselves meaning that one person went ahead and doid every one else work. I am at my wits end with this learning team. I do not k...now what to do its like they are all at each other's throats about everything. I have never been so irrated with one this far. I am 40 years old and thinking of going back to school to finish what I started 18 years ago. Thinking of getting BA in Finance and then getting my Financial Planner Certification.
