April Has anyone ever had trouble with a learning team? I have my hands full with the one I am in now. I am the leader and I go and assign work, and yet they seem to go ahead and do all the work themselves meaning that one person went ahead and doid every one else work. I am at my wits end with this learning team. I do not k...now what to do its like they are all at each other's throats about everything. I have never been so irrated with one this far. Its not fair to the other team mates anything adivice I am a Phoenix family?

April, I had struggles with my first learning team in my last class and some now. It just goes part and parcel with being a part of a team. The Learning Team Charter should outline how your team will collaborate on all of your work. It should also lay out how you and your team will deal with any conflict that may arise, such as if people are not ... See Moreparticipating and how the work will be divided among all group members. If for some reason you have exhausted all resources from your learning team charter, then you might want to addresss it with your Instructor. Hope things get better for you :)
