This is the finding of the largest clinical trial with couples to date – which was co-authored by University of Rhode Island Human Development and Family Studies Professor Jacqueline Sparks, whose research was featured in Providence Business News this week.

Apparently, cutting back on the number of commercial fishing permits just increases the number of recreational fishermen who catch almost as many fish.
