In the morning, I make breakfast and brew coffee while my wife makes our lunches for the day. Every time I grind up Utopian bean she exclaims, 'MMM...I love the smell of coffee.'
She does not comment on the aroma when we aren't using Utopian bean.
The aroma is noticeably better. One of the many benefits of small batch roasting!
