Professor Barbara Spellman has been selected as the new editor of Perspectives on Psychological Science, one of four peer-reviewed journals of the Association for Psychological Science.

The Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, one of the principal organizers of the Civil Rights Movement in the 1960s, helped shape the country’s political future, co-founder Julian Bond said during a conference at the Law School on Friday.

Third-year law student Sara Wood has been awarded an Equal Justice Works Fellowship and will spend two years advocating for caregivers who take in young relatives who might otherwise end up in foster care.

Two Law School graduates will clerk at the U.S. Supreme Court next year. James Stern ’09 was selected by Justice Anthony Kennedy and Paul Crane ’07 will clerk for Chief Justice John Roberts.

Holly Duke has joined the Law School’s Career Services Office as the director of career counseling.
