Hi Undergrads,

ACM is going to bring back the coke closet this quarter, but it will be a little different than it was last year. The changes we are making are necessary to make sure that we don't lose money. We are going to be making smaller orders so that inventory will be easier to maintain, and we will be able to tell the financial state of the coke closet at all times. We will allow only positive tabs, so it will be a debit system rather than credit.... See More

All of the items will be clearly labelled with their price and there will be a poster by the tabs explaining how to use them.

We are looking forward to providing the coke closet again, hopefully for the whole year. Since this is a service initially funded by the ACM, and not subsidized by the department, it's up to all of you to help keep it going by keeping track of and paying for your items. If we end up losing money at any time, we will have no choice but to discontinue the coke closet indefinitely.
