To make a long story short, the airlines have ultimate control over seating, and even with an assigned seat, we can't guarantee that passengers won't be seated near children. Anyone who's ever traveled has probably wished for a "mute" button for toddlers, but like death & taxes, occasionally getting stuck on a plane with a crying baby is a fact of life.

Ms. Musgrove, the Norwegian Coastal voyage is one of our most popular products right now, but we're always trying to make things better. Rough seas are something we can't really avoid. But I hope that you filled out your post-trip survey, especially if you had comments you felt would be helpful on other aspects of the trip.
