VanTiki Just got back from a great week in Hilo working on a film with old friends and a few rubber monsters. Was able to squeeze in some geocaches, and left this clay tikicoin near the summit of Mauna Kea.
VanTiki Even though summer camp was over, Pirate and Brain-Bot knew that their wonderful friendship had only just begun.
VanTiki FB isn't letting me upload multiple photos to my albums. Hopefully I can do this one at a time. Here a tiny golden skull cup is test-fit into the bisqued mystic wall hanging idol.
VanTiki Got a tweet from @jackstabs over in Scotland asking if I ever make Halloween mugs. Jackward, excellent question/suggestion. I'm gonna sculpt up some Zombie Mugs today!
VanTiki 2 robots and the pirate back in the kiln for round 2. High hopes for Robot 1, while things are not looking good for Robot 2. Will be sculpting a new mug whilst they cook. Think flaming tiki.
