I'd love appointment reminders. I keep track of my appointments, but second guess myself when I don't get a call since everyone else seems to give reminders!

I hate it when I barely get through the door and someone rushes up to me with a clipboard to sign me in. It's too much like assembly line. Give me a chance to sit down and relax for one minute before sending me to that desk to see the next girl. Then I don't like being run down the hall and called in and then sent back to the smaller waiting room. Something is wrong with all the shuffling around. It used to be much more personal !!!!! I told Dr. Ellen and he just laughed :(
