We've been working through restaurant vs. cafe vs. bar, central vs. peripheral location, high-end food vs. distinctive but inexpensive food, large vs. small footprint, inclusion or exclusion of coworking-type collaboration elements, etc. We've settl...ed on an A-location, distinctive but not expensive food, cafe possibly with alcohol in evening.
