The Dream Tour [HQ]
Two students, 2,000 photos, one chair and one (really cool) dream.
Time to start thinking about college. That's the message that opens this video that was conceived, written, produced and shot by sophomore Mark Falcone and stars classmate Jory Block. But this is hardly your everyday college tour. Things get interesting. Chairs move, people float, burgers eat themselves and glass doors suddenly get a little less solid.
Mark and Jory spent a weekend shooting more than 2,000 photos for this stop motion Dream Tour video, which was the standout winner in Lynn's Spring 2008 I'm Lynn video competition.

The Dream Tour (Directors Cut)
Two students, 2,000 photos, one chair and one (really cool) dream.

Perper Tennis Complex Ceremony
Last week, Lynn's President Kevin M. Ross announced that more than $800,000 has been raised for the new six-court tennis complex that will be built on campus. Members of Lynns men and women tennis teams personally thanked the donors and presented them with oversized (and Fighting Knight autographed) tennis balls.
The complex will be a fitting home for the seven-time national champion tennis program (the men won their first NCAA Div. II championship in 2007; the womens team has six national titles). The Perper Tennis Complex, which will be located southwest of the teams existing facilities, will have covered, center-stadium seating and a total of six courts. The university must raise a total of $1 million for the project before breaking ground.

Groundbreaking on the Wold Performing Arts Center
Yesterday, Lynn officially broke ground on the Keith C. and Elaine Johnson Wold Performing Arts Center. By nature of the building, the event was full of "drama" featuring a 50-by-70 foot stage and the revealing of Lynn's entire Philharmonia Orchestra dressed in black tie. Lynn's drama students (wearing Lynn hardhats) served as ushers.
Lynn President Kevin M.
