As a referee for 20 odd years mainly youth games, I think this is a really good film - I didn't have many quite as vociferous as Ray from the opposition, as most of our Dads were heavy and scarey! I agree with the comments on here that parents should educate themselves and let the coaches do the talking / shouting, provided they're not like Ray!

Give the kids and refs a chance. Stop living out your fanatsies through your kids.

great video that i hope helps parents, players and officials realise that the game of football is to be enjoyed by ALL!!!!!, and not ruined by a minority , yes all parents and supporters at all levels want to suport their team/ child etc but without the referees we dont have a game. no one is perfect at any level but unless the respect campaign sucseeds the junior referees wont come theough and the game will struggle.
