Waterford isn't a new development. Using this "habitat-invasion" theory implies such attacks would've occurred in the late 90's early 2000's when the subdivision was built.

Want to know how it feels to work a day at animal control? Watch this video. There is nothing bad in it-but is a human testimony how it's like. It's very heartbreaking. A person never gets used to it. It does not work that way.

I'm glad that kid in the video didn't get attacked. They didn't look rabid. If they were rabid, they would have charged at that kid. Maybe they attacked the lady because mama was protecting her babies. Mothers will do anything to protect their young.

Not necessarily-some wild rabid animals become quite docile like bats-they walk on the floor, and do not fly and will come right up to you. This is called "dumb rabies". That's why when a squirrel comes close to me-I RUN FOR THE HILLS!!!! Rabid raccoons CAN act docile and do not fear predators or people. That's why I keep on advocating get your cats fixed and keep them vaccinated!!! SPAY/NEUTER!!! SPAY/NEUTER!!
