      What a great interview, Matt! It's heartwarming to see a restaurant owner who is so thoughtful about sustainability and takes the time to visit the farms and fishermen who supply the restaurant. I was intrigued too at how he makes the susta...inability information available for those interested but doesn't shove the information at all of his customers. I'm curious to see how other owners would respond to a similar format interview!See More
