here we show an example of using hooks in a diamond configuration to allow for safe surgery on a patient with IFIS from Flomax. despite the hooks the patients iris continues to prolase up to the paracentesis making it triack to swtich from the drysdale to the chopper. we finally figured out to simply turn off irrigation for a bit then add OVD to push the iris back and then insert the chopper.
