You could call it the original multi-tool. Not only did your sturdy car key start the car, it also served to open letters, tighten the odd loose screw and scratch off lottery tickets.

Might consider the emails. You got them when we paid originally. Wish all of the features originally offered worked. Have you read the reviews on the app store?

Why can't you have redundant systems so you can update, test then swap them. Or at least at a minimum send us a message via the app tahr the system is down.

Regarding the error. I brought my car into Best Buy, they did a system reset after Direct lengthened an option which off hand I can't recall. Anyway, that fixed the problem and start/push are now good to go from iPhone

I was getting "error communicating with device" for about 4 days. Today I reinstalled the app... now I get "error sending command". Both the phone and the car have signal... and the remote start works with the keyfob. Can I just disconnect the car battery to reset?
