Albuquerque Stay safe this Halloween and take advantage of the free JIT transportation service. The JIT will take any person from downtown ABQ to anywhere within city limits on Saturday, October 31. Shuttles will begin at 10pm from 4th and Central and will continue to run throughout the evening until 2am. Be safe - don't drink and drive!
