Imagine this drought problems in the vineyards.
The dry farming yields a better maturity an taste for the wines, but still face drought problems.
That is only in the vineyards, how about in the farming bureous, were they make real food. They too are in real trouble to grow crops.
But dry farming is yielding better bouquet an flavor for the wines...that's an amazing practice that only comes from the historical sequences, that there was drought on the years that wines got their best appeliatiions an Gold Medals. Look at the relation of drought years an the year of Award Winner wines. There is a 79% relation. I know for a fact, in South America, Chile, Peru and Argentina when there was a drought, the wines turned so good for that year.
In the southern parts groweres like Tacama, Ocucaje an even for the Pisco producers, drought meant conservation an Dry farming for their vines. Roots digg deeper seeking water an in consequence the vines is stronger an yields a "True Crop".... See More

the word is "conserve water". Do anything to stop waste. When brushing your teeth stop the running water. The East Bay did a tremendous community effort to conserve water just by doing a little effort like that... Do your part too. Stop running water....
