Nikole Lee Kirby McBain We have barely a year old 42" LCD HDTV. We are trying to hook up our PC to the TV so we can see slide shows on the TV but we just can't get it to work. We purchased a RGB cable from best buy, our sales guy assured us it was just plug and go. I have Vista on my computer and have set it up through the media center. Still... no picture. Help please. I love my TV but want to use it more fully.

John Farmer We have had our Vizio 42" almost two years and we are as happy today as we were on day one!

Donnie Poppell So far Vizio is 0-2 in tv's that I purchased bought a 42" in jan 08 1 1/2 yrs later gone covered under extended warranty replaced with a 47" june 11, 2009 5 months and now have to wait 3-5 days for a tech to come out. When not if the repair is done and I still have trouble with this product you can bet there will not ...be a Vizio in this house I have 3. Case #799228

Gary Complaint - 6 week old VA26L no longer receives Fox channel. Customer support claims this is a reception issue and not covered by warranty. All other TVs in the house receive channel properly. Possibly White House attempt to censor the news? Case # 799241

Mike Moran Sr. Update on my HDMI problems. Less than one week after contacting tech support, 2 service reps showed up at my house and had me up and running in a half hour. I don't want to sound like a Vizio "shill" but it's just that I'm very impressed with the service thus far.
