Cocktail of the week: Amore Dolce
1 measure of Vodka O
1 measure of Campari
3 teaspoons of Caster Sugar
...1 lime
Top up cubed ice
Method: Cut lime into edges or slice the lime from the top nearly to the bottom and again at a ninety degree angle so that the lime opens out and place at the bottom of the glass. Add 3 teaspoons of caster sugar. Add one shot of Vodka O and one shot of campari. Stir and fill glass with crushed ice.

0.5 measures of Vodka O

0.5 measures of campari
0.5 measures of passionfruit juice
0.5 measures of apple juice
Method: Shake all the ingredients and strain into a chilled martini glass...Garnish with lime wheel if desired.

Cocktail of the week: Berryoska
2 measures of Vodka O
6 Blackberries or Raspberries
3 teaspoons sugar
...1 measure of lime juice
Method: In a glass muddle the lime juice, sugar and berries to create a paste. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add the Vodka O and stir. Top the glass with extra crushed ice if needed. Garnish with more berries or mint.
