I would draft a bill to repeal DOMA and DADT. The Defense of Marriage Act simply denies people their rights on a federal level. I believe only Same-Sex marriages, and NOT Domestic Partnerships should be recognized by the feds for benefits, etc. . . Don't Ask Don't Tell is just a discriminatory joke and would not CO...ST money to implement. I want equality for ALL citizens. California had it right until Proposition 8 passed. I have faith that the people of CA will repeal the stain on our Constitution. If not in 2010, definately in 2012.Read More
