WakeUP Wake County

WakeUP Wake County WakeUP invites members, supporters, and friends to join us for our monthly happy hour - a great opportunity to chat with others about local growth issues! This month's discussion topic: Raleigh's new development code.

Raleigh's new code will update and improve the city's zoning practices and urban development standards... to encourage quality growth and meet the vision outlined in the new Comprehensive Plan. Join us for an informal discussion with other WakeUP community members to learn about and share interests and concerns surrounding the new code. Raleigh City Councilors will be in attendance to answer questions and to explain "form-based coding" and other issues relevant to good growth planning for metropolitan areas.
