You are doing a great job!!!! The only thing that I would like to see added to your agenda is for individuals with disabilities to become a part of affirmative action. Why? I think this would promote equity in hiring. Most governmental agencies have less than 3% of their workforce as identified with disabilities--most are 0 to 1%; however, the population is growing and the EEOC claims are growing which indicates a need that should be addressed. I grew up with an uncle with severe Mental Retardation and a grandmother who for the vast majority of her life received electric shock therapy.

FNC is on-track to have the highest rated year in the network's 13 year history.
