Pam My pregnant daughter was at Walmart at around 2:30 with a friend because she wanted one of the HP laptops. Not only were there 36 of them available (WAY more than other stores), but they were both able to get one! I went to the store around 10:30, and there were still TONS of advertised items available! No lines, friendly sales people. NO problem. Fort Collins, CO
Mary Sollazzo Harden I enjoy shopping wherethe workers are happy and friendly, but most people are very unhappy working at walmart. Seems they pick on the workers thats worked there the longest or the female employees that have children. they pick at them and cut their hours in hopes they will quit so a young person can be hired at less p...ay and they will quit when they don't get a weekend off. Walmart has alot of good faithful employees who hang in there no matter what they should be treated like gold instead of shit!
Nilda Cortes Here are two suggestions for Wal-Mart. I live in Florida and in the summer your stores are so hot that all I want is to go in and out. If I were comfortable, I would stay longer and shop more. The other suggestions is GO BACK TO LAY-A-WAY. Sometimes people do not have money to buy things cash but they can do it through lay-a-way. Romona Pratt i don'tknow we got there at 4:00stood on line they handed out the papers showing where the lineswere gave out tickets at 5 and got the stuff well organized got everything except one small toy but then I like black friday
Jill Wilson McEver I once worked as an overnight cashier for Wal-Mart. One night, this drunk guy came in, went to the toy dept., picked out a bike and rode it to the beer aisle where he selected some liquid happiness and rode up to my check out. Lori Cantrell As far as rudeness goes look around it is every where. You can't blame that on Walmart...just bad work ethics and the way that people teach and raise thier children.
Lynn Collins I shopped that day but not at those crazy hours.Do know ppl that did and at that store and said that they had the rudest ppl working there ever. I decided to keep my shopping local and shopped Target.
Lori Cantrell I would love them more if they would hurry up and open the Chalmette location. It is still closed since Katrina. They should have been the first ones there.
Julie Walls- Mcfall Black Friday was bull, they handed out tickets the night before at the columbus,indiana one on 46 west, at 8 pm on Thanksgiving night they ran out at 3 am, i show up to get in line for 5 am sale and it is all sold out, TV's and Computers, that is not right, should not hand out tickets till 5 am when it is advertized. I... am really upset about this, they should not have done that not fair to ones who didnt know they was gonna do that.
Shan Jones i went to walmart 3am for a laptop i was like #12 in line the employers was not organize,they told us(everybody)that was in line that we was in the wrong line,they did this 5 times by the time they move us around(5times)i ended up being #20 ,they gave out 9 tickets for the laptops and said that there was no more,that w...as after we stood in line for 3hours.walmart knew all that time that they only had 9 laptops that was a waist of everybodies time in that line so i won't be attendind next year or shopping for xmas in walmart this year.I always thought that customers came first.they could have told us that there was no more in stock before we stood there for 3hours no execuse,they did it different this year so they knew it was not enough of them(laptops).
