91.9's annual Turkey Drop was held Thursday, November 19, 2009. Here's all the stuff that was destroyed in the name of charity.
In reference to the WKRP in Cincinnati episode, The Cat welcomes people to bring "turkeys" for the staff to drop from Pile Hall's 3rd floor fire escape. Entrants bring non-perishable items for the food pantry.
Wayne State College Winter Wonderland is Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 7 PM on the west side of Hahn. We're bringing back a tradition on campus with reindeer games, a tree lighting ceremony, horse drawn sleigh rides, cookies and hot cocoa, caroling and pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Everyone is invited!
