Jennifier Hello can someone please tell me what CAPTCHAs? mean, what it's about and will we be learning it in our training?

Not for sure if we will be learning in class or not but CAPTCHA is a challenge-response test most often placed within web forms to determine whether the user is human. On my Drupal websites I use CAPTCHA to prevent spam/spambots on my forms to verify authenticity of the new registration.

AH HA! Thank you! I thought I was losing it! Was looking for the Web Site Planning and Wireframing Quiz instead of just Quiz. Duh right?

Hey Jennifer, where did you see the CAPTCHAs? They are a type of challenge-response test used in web pages to ensure that the response is not generated by a computer to try to thwart spamming. CAPTCHA is a contrived acronym for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart."
