
Kathy Ohh....its harder to get motivated for the gym with the dark, rainy weather!

Kimberley I'm confused about how to count my bread, its Arnold 12 grain, it has 3g of dietary fiber per slice and the food list says that bread with 3 grams of df is 1 pt per slice but if I put the actual calorie,fat grams, and df info into the calculator I get 2 pts per slice? Can someone help?
