Kimberley I'm confused about how to count my bread, its Arnold 12 grain, it has 3g of dietary fiber per slice and the food list says that bread with 3 grams of df is 1 pt per slice but if I put the actual calorie,fat grams, and df info into the calculator I get 2 pts per slice? Can someone help?

I have been on the WW program for the past couple of years and have lost 53 lbs. but, over the past few months have just not been feeling it. The one thing though that ww has taught me is that you can eat what you like but, just watch proportions and dont overdo it. I am keeping those 53 lbs off and am going to lose th...e rest of the weight I have to lose. I will never gain it back with all I have learned from my meeting, and the wonderful people there. Thanksgiving will be a challenge, but, I just keep the points in mind, watch the starchy foods, eat more veggies, and turkey, and maybe have a sliver of pumpkin pie, and I know that I will be fine.Read More
