SPICY GREEN CHILI TOMATO BLACK BEAN DIP WITH COOL YOGURT


Serves 12
1/2 cup serving
1 POINT

2 - 15 1/2 ounce cans Black beans, canned, rinsed and drained
1 - 10 ounce can Tomatoes with green chilies, canned, drained, reserve 1/4 cup for garnish
3/4 cup Weight Watchers ® Plain Nonfat Yogurt, reserve 1/4 cup for garnish
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh, chopped, reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish
1/2 each Lime, juiced

1. In a blender or food processor combine the ingredients (except for reserved amounts) and puree to desired consistency.

2. Spoon into storage container and cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. When serving, garnish with reserved tomatoes with green chilies, plain yogurt and chopped cilantro.

4. Serve dip warm or cold with raw vegetables or baked tortilla chips.
