Donna Larson Windblown Cross Country Skiing: You'll be here another year! I first skied at Windblown in either 1975 or 1976 ...and off and on since then, Irene and Al allowed us to train our search dogs there in the off-season. Best to you for this year and your future plans...you guys are the best.--Donna Larson -New England K9 Search and Rescue.

Great to hear from you Donna! Your dogs are still welcome anytime (when there isn't snow on the ground). It's a little harder to hide in the woods now that we've opened it up but the views of the mountains are better.

Windblown Cross Country Skiing It snowed all day Sunday Oct. 18th. Monday we woke up to a clear sky and a magical world with 4 inches of snow weighting down the leaf laden oaks.

Windblown Cross Country Skiing If you ever don't believe us when we say it often snows here when only three miles down the road it's raining - well just have a look. It's been snowing all day here and I just measured 1 3/4" ! It's a real Nor'easter in October!
